To strengthen nails, soak in the tea
AS A TEA
Just pour a cup of boiling water onto 1-2 teaspoonfuls of gently crushed seeds. Infuse for 10-15 minutes. Strain.
For flatulence take a cup before meals.
For babies 3 months and older give 1 -2 teaspoons three times a day.
